About Me

I first became really interested in medical subjects when my wife was pregnant with our first baby. I had absolutely no clue what was going on, but I wanted to. I probably asked more questions during the check-ups than she did. If there was an appointment that I couldn't go to, I would have my wife give me a complete play-by-play. I was just really excited and really fascinated with everything. My favorites were the ultrasounds. The fact that I could see our baby and hear her heart beat seemed otherworldly to me. Since my wife's pregnancy, I've kept learning about various medical topics. I love it so much that sometimes I regret not realizing this sooner and going to medical school! But this blog will just have to do.
